    Welcome to Grade 4 A2 – A New Year of Learning and Growth!   I am truly excited to begin this new school year of learning and exploration with our Grade 4 A2 learners! This class is a fast-paced, motivated, and progressive group of advanced students, and I have high expectations for their reading and story comprehension as we journey together through the Reading Street 3.2 storybook. Over the semester, students will explore six engaging stories (three each term) that will challenge their thinking, build their skills, and spark their imagination. To support their learning, students will have weekly spelling and vocabulary quizzes, as well as unit tests every second Friday. These assessments will cover Reading Writing Notebook ( RWN ) practice, story vocabulary, and dictation sentences.
