  Week 14 is a week filled with story reading and completing all of our review lessons. Students will continue practicing RWN grammar and focus on comparative and superlative adjectives , using guided examples to strengthen their understanding. Throughout the week, students will also be reading the story aloud in class to build fluency and deepen their comprehension of key events and vocabulary.   Week 13 PPT Week 13: After an exciting Sports Day on Saturday, we will begin a new Reading Street story, “Jalapeño Bagels.” This story follows Pablo, a boy with a Mexican mother and Jewish father, as he chooses a baked good to represent both cultures for his school’s International Day. Through helping his parents in their bakery, Pablo discovers that jalapeño bagels are the perfect symbol of his blended heritage. Week 13                            Homework   1.   Week 12 Story Words PPT Week 12 will focus on story vocabulary from Goodbye, 382 Shin Dang Dong , with definitions provided in the communication book on page 61. In grammar, students will continue learning about adverbs , using resources from RWN pages 342 and 378 . Our writing practice this week will emphasize story sequencing and  summarizing  our current text. Students will also work on story comprehension activities related to Goodbye, 382 Shin Dang Dong . Please note that our Unit Test will be held on Friday, November 21st .
