Week 12 Goodbye, 382 Shin Dang Dong

 Week 12 Story Words PPT

Week 12 will focus on story vocabulary from Goodbye, 382 Shin Dang Dong, with definitions provided in the communication book on page 61. In grammar, students will continue learning about adverbs, using resources from RWN pages 342 and 378. Our writing practice this week will emphasize story sequencing and summarizing our current text. Students will also work on story comprehension activities related to Goodbye, 382 Shin Dang Dong.

Please note that our Unit Test will be held on Friday, November 21st. The unit test will include:

• Story vocabulary from Week 12 (with word definitions as contest clues & a word bank)

• Grammar conventions: adverbs (review the rules from RWN p. 342)

• Story sequencing questions (reference RWN p. 339)

• Story comprehension from our current reading(reference your bubble book)

This Saturday morning is our school’s Sports Day, and I wish all students a safe, enjoyable, and activity-filled event.
