Week 13 is a quick pace of our lessons, as well as for the upcoming unit test scheduled for Thursday during Period 2. Our schedule is quite tight, and I understand that the accelerated pace may feel challenging at times. I truly appreciate your hard work, effort, and understanding.

To better support your learning, given the limited time, the unit test will be conducted as an open-book Unit test on Thursday, 5/7. Please take your time, read each question carefully, and choose your answers thoughtfully.

Week 3

  This week will be an intensive week of learning as we complete The Man Who Invented Basketball . Students will be introduced to a new set of story words, though words #7, #8, and #22 will not be included in testing out of respect for personal beliefs and values . Alongside the story words and story comprehension, students will also focus on grammar with an introduction to pronouns.
